To the history of light measurements in Russia

On December 20, 2013, at the 71st plenary meeting of the 68th UN General Assembly session year 2015 was pro-claimed as The International Year of Light (IYL). Events held within IYL demonstrate the importance of light for the science, industry, energetics, agricul-ture, education, communication, health care and culture. Moreover 2015 is con-sidered a anniversary for many historic events of the light science. More details about these events and the light history are in the present article.
