Tektronix launches the DMM4020 5 ½ digit and DMM4040/4050 6 ½ digit bench digital multimeters (DMMs). These products are targeted at embedded design and education classroom bench applications, and offer excellent technical performance along with a rich set of measurement and analysis features.
