Mathematical theory of measurement problems: applications. Catastrophically phenomenon «1985-1986», Risk management and ISO/IEC 17025–2019

On September 1, 2019 ISO/IEC 17025–2019 came into force. This standard describes the general competence requirements for testing and calibration laboratories. In the present article professor S.
