With growth of transfer speed and complexity of the signals used in automobile electronics, the opportunity to check the integrity and accuracy of synchronization of signals is necessary for developers of the built-in systems. The most convenient instrument for such measurements is the oscilloscope. An Agilent advanced FlexRay test system, including a mixed signals oscilloscope and FlexRay protocol tester, uses strengths of both instruments. This new measuring decision allows to carry out the crucial FlexRay measurements inaccessible for today in other oscilloscopes

Under information-measuring system we should understand the group of united measuring, calculative and other auxiliary hardware which are subject to the receipt of measurement information, its transformation and processing for its introduction in the required condition, control logical operations, diagnostics, identification etc.
Those systems which measuring information is considered the information about physicochemical structure of substances and (or) their physicochemical conditions, make the group of information-measuring systems of physicochemical structure and characteristic of the substances.
Let us remind that physicochemical structure means elementary, molecular, functional and phase structure of substances which is shown through the concentration of their components. The physicochemical structure of substances can be characterized as the density, viscosity, electric conduction etc. which are inseparably connected to their physicochemical structure of substances.
The present article is devoted to these questions.
