Using the Keysight W4636A DDR4 x16 BGA interposer solution, engineers can quickly and accurately capture address and command signals, and a subset of data signals, for debugging designs and performing functional validation measurements for data rates up to 2,400 Mb/s.

Keysight Technologies Expands UXM Wireless Test Set LTE-A Capabilities with 4CC, 256 QAM, LTE-U, Cat 0 Support Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) announced new enhancements to the E7515A UXM wireless test set to address leading-edge LTE-A carrier aggregation (CA) test requirements. New capabilities include support for downlink 4CC1, 256 QAM, and LTE-U with up to three unlicensed carriers, as well as FDD-TDD mixed CA and uplink intra- and inter-band CA measurements. (NYSE: KEYS) announced that it has worked with MediaTek on the release of a manufacturing test solution for the MediaTek MT6735 mobile chipset, based on the Keysight E6640 EXM wireless test set. The MT6735, released in October of 2014, is an LTE 64-bit mobile SoC platform with integrated modem, RF and CorePilot™ technology, for use by global operators targeted at the emerging mid-range smartphone market called, Super-mid.
