Yokogawa Test & Measurement Corporation announced the release of DL950 ScopeCorder, a high-precision data acquisition system, and two compatible input modules. The DL950 is the successor to the DL850 and DL850V ScopeCorder series that were released in 2010, and features a number of enhancements that improve both functionality and operability. In addition, two new input modules are being released for the DL950; these are the 720212, which is capable of reading data at 200 mega-samples per second (MS/s), and the 720256, which can read data from four input channels at 10 MS/s. By the fall of this year, Yokogawa will also release an optional flash acquisition function for the storage of high-sampling-rate data in embedded non-volatile memory.

Yokogawa Test & Measurement Corporation announced new DLM5000 series mixed signal oscilloscopes (350 MHz and 500 MHz models). The new DLM5000 oscilloscopes are successors to the eight-channel DLM4000 series mixed signal oscilloscopes, and feature a number of improved functions and enhanced operability. In addition, a DLMsync option is planned to be released by next spring that will enable measurements to be taken simultaneously by two connected DLM5000 oscilloscopes.

Yokogawa Test & Measurement Corporation announces that it has developed the AQ2200-212 sensor module and the AQ2200-222 dual sensor module for the AQ2200 series multi-application test system, and will be releasing them on July 14. These new optical sensor modules are ideal for the production line testing and inspection of semiconductor lasers, optical transceivers, optical fiber cables, and other essential components of optical communication networks.

Yokogawa Electric Corporation announces that a Yokogawa CSU-W1 confocal scanner unit has arrived at the International Space Station (ISS). This CSU-W1 is a core component of Chiyoda Corporation's COSMIC confocal microscope system, which will be installed in "KIBO," the ISS's Japanese Experiment Module, and is expected to start being used in life science experiments this fall. The system was transported to the ISS by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency's (JAXA) "KOUNOTORI" H-II transfer vehicle, which arrived at the ISS on May 26.

Yokogawa Electric Corporation announces that it’s completed the acquisition of all shares in Denmark-based Grazper Technologies ApS (Grazper), as mutually agreed. Grazper has developed advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for analyzing images, and Yokogawa aims to leverage these technologies within its various existing businesses and to develop new industrial AI solutions.
