One of the leading electronics fairs – productronica – celebrates its 40th anniversary! From the very beginning up to this day

In November 2015 productronica, one of the leading electronics fairs, celebrated its 40th anniversary. The secret to its success: Together with the industry, it has been setting new standards to promote future innovations time and again since 1975. As in the past, this year's productronica gave the industry new momentum. This special show allowed visitors to experience Industry 4.0 live with the help of augmented and virtual reality on five selected electronics-manufacturing machines. For the first time ever, visitors were able to look into the machines and follow complex processes between machines and work pieces that were hidden until now. Read the article for more details.
