Water, life and metrology

The following article is devoted to the water and its role in life and metrology. The three conditions of water make it a unique substance. The most square of our planet is covered with water. It can be considered carrier and attribute of life. That’s why it was impossible for scientists not to study all its properties and therefore to show the important role of water not only in our life but in metrology as well
