About the Federal law “About unity of means of measurements” (The interview with Krutikov V.)

Krutikov V, the Deputy Director of Federal agency for technical regulation and metrology Rostehregulirovanie, gave an interview to our magazine “Test & Measuring Instruments and systems” and shared his opinion about the project of new law “About unity of means of measurements”, paying attention to separate questions. Thus, the question of terminology, “uncertainty” and “inaccuracy” in particular, also the questions of customs office and principles of its work are taken into consideration within the limits of the law.
