Mathematical theory of measurement problems: applications. Calibration space both terrestrial — metrological and scientific deadlock?

The experiences made starting from 1986 up to 2014 showed that the estimations of the fundamental gravitational constant «G» have got different results. That could happen due to the incorrect confidential intervals taken which caused the discrepancy between the estimations. Further on such estimation discrepancy was called «metrological and scientific deadlock». Professor Levin S. suggests to take a closer look at this problem in the present article.
