Mathematical theory of measurement problems: applications. Uncertainty conception — Theory of accuracy

Targets of measurement tasks form the definition of «uncertainty». At the moment the revision of Guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement (GUM) keeps more broaden interpretation of this term but anyway the problems of uncertainty conception, model structure and definitional uncertainty, are still considered open and require more attentive investigation. Professor Levin S. shares his point of view upon this problem in his new article.
